Once you have placed your order, delivery can take up to 1-3 business days in major metro areas and capital cities and up to 10 Business days for rural and remote areas, and during Christmas and sale periods. Orders placed after noon AEST may require an additional 1 business day to be delivered.
Orders will be delivered between 7am and 9pm and in most cases will require a signature on delivery. If you’re not present when delivery is attempted, the driver will leave a card in your mailbox with information on how to collect your parcel.
Delivery costs are currently a flat AU$20 to New Zealand and AU$30 to other international destinations that we cover. If your country does not appear on our zone list, please contact us directly for a price.
Prices quoted are in Australian dollars, and we reserve the right to change postage costs (of course we will never do this after you have made a purchase). We hope that once our business has grown, we can offer you a better deal on shipping.
Approximate time for delivery for International orders is 8 - 14 working days depending on your destination country.
Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.
We're sorry, but we cannot be responsible for countries where customs or import duties are liable. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and our outside our control, you as the customer will be responsible for these.
Returns/Exchanges for Change of Mind
Sometimes you buy something online and it just doesn't feel like you. If that's the case (and we hope you love all our stuff) and you change your mind you can return any full priced item within 60 days of purchase if the item is perfectly unused with all the original tags still attached; and with the original packaging we sent it in - which must also be in good condition. We recommend that you return the product (and they will need to be returned) via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. Foxtrot Horsewear Pty Ltd will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
There are no returns on factory sample items, sorry!
If for any reason you would like to return an item, please let us know first just so we know to expect it.

We're human too - Non-perfect garments sometimes happen...
We do our absolute best to always bring you perfect garments, but as each garment is made by a human being, sometimes minor errors do occur. In the very odd event you receive a faulty item, please contact us straight away so we can rectify this. If any item is deemed to be faulty, you are entitled to a refund, repair or exchange. We will also cover the postage costs for any item deemed faulty, but please make sure you contact us first.
If you are returning an item to us, the goods are your responsibility until they reach our office, so please ensure it’s packed securely or using a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are posting. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
It can take up to 10 business days for your return to arrive at our office, undergo a quality check and have your refund processed. Once your item has been received and refunded you will receive an email notification once this has been done (Please allow 1-3 days for your refund to appear in your account).
If the item you are after has been sold out, we will gladly refund you the cost of the product.
